Celtic Athletic V Silverdale 2

Celtic needed to get themselves back into the game, we needed a spark & that came from our captain Omar who won the ball just in side our half & decided to take them on himself & made a unbelievable run at goal riding 3 challenges he shot from just out side the box but it went over the bar.

The final ten minutes to h/t saw Celtic keep the ball in Silverdale’s half but without testing there keeper.

It seemed that every time Celtic looked like getting back into the game Silverdale scored, that's the way it is some times in football.

Celtic again went on the attack & when just outside the box with his back to goal Demarco received the ball he held it up & just has he was about to lay the ball off to Charlie he was fouled & the ref awarded a free kick, up steps Charlie & put it into the back of the net. well taken free kick Charlie.
